In discharging its onerous responsibility of monitoring electricity business and markets to determine whether there is abuse of market power, the NERC does the following; i. Require information from the licensee regarding the market tariff. ii. Undertakes inquires. iii. Establish a contact with an independent entity to provide monitoring services. Section 82(6) EPSRA 2005
